This is by far the worst site ever to ship internationally This is by far the worst site ever to order cloths. I’ve been waiting for my order for 4 months now. And each time I send the customer service team inquiring about my shipment, a different agent (name) answers me giving me a crapy excuse to look for the shipment with my neighbors! Or wait for another 2 weeks and they can’t provide a shipment tracking number. When I asked for canceling the order and refunding, they stated that this should have been done in the first 24 hours. How could I’ve known that the order will be delayed in the first 24 hours. Seriously an unprofessional agency.
