The shirt I ordered was about 1-2 sizes too small. So, at first I was disappointed. However, I worked with a very helpful customer support person (Davvies) and he was very timely with his responses and he helped me get a replacement. The second shirt fit perfectly. I rate this company 5 stars from the great help from customer service.
