Order was supposed to be delivered 30 of August.
First delay occurred and the next delivery day was 02 of September.
Second delay with delivery day on 17 of September.
I do not know about their policy and the ''customer care'', but this guys on the second delay told me to check with my neighbours if the parcel delivered to them on my absence. PROFESSIONAL NOT
Of course already asked for refund but without any reply from their side.
But they will be more than happy to assist me ''again'' if the package hasn't arrived by this date (17 SEPTEMBER)
