They used to be a great company. The last two years they started getting terrible. How the president there keeps his job is a mystery!
Deliveries are always late now. Our last order is almost a month late. I contacted their customer service several times and they can't answer when we will get it and just say "someone will get back to me". Meanwhile our work is on hold and things are shutting down. We have to now order from another company and I bet the other supplier will deliver before our Mouser order from a month ago will arrive. Invoice 63941265.
