A bunch of racists!!!! I ordered something for an art project and they sent me a document to know if it was for military use. After answering they sent my document to be reviewed by whatever whom. It's been two weeks and nobody answered me. I needed my component to finish my project, now I'm late on my schedule. I am a Canadian citizen!!!! I don't give care about American wars. I am against freaking war. What the actual hell?!? I've been ordering from many other places and have never had any problem nor been asked such a thing. They probably got afraid because of my arabic last name. Such a behaviour is unacceptable in 2023, this brand should be boycotted.

Just placed current order with this electronic distribution company out of TX since last purchased couple years ago,BIG MISTAKE!! Waited 24 hrs for small parts order that was supposed to ship that day and found out 24 hours later order has not been processed due to some 3rd Party Security system they are now using to process payments?!!? What's going on with this?? Well, according to there A/R Dept. it's for security reasons unknown to buyers!!?!?!? RED FLAGS have just went flying HIGH for me on this!!! Sounds like Mouser Electronics has had a major issue or issues recently with payment problems at some point and now want to make customers wait until they receive some kind of green light from 3rd party system as weather its OK to process your puny little parts order or no matter what your trying to buy when parts ordered are needed right away for repair or other!!! No real explanation given after talking to REPS on this delayed order of mine!!! Sorry Mouser, Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!!!

I got a package from Mouser Electronics. Never heard of them, never ordered anything from them, but UPS delivered it. Is this some kind of scam. What is going on. I think this needs to be reported to the FBI. And Newark Electronics are pulling the same thing. I’m sick of this.

I’d give no stars if that was possible, this company is absolutely awful. Ordered from them before and they were great, but something has changed, they clearly care nothing for the customer these days. Ordered a part from their U.K. division only to learn that they don’t have a U.K. division, it’s just a U.K. address and their stock is all held at a single site in the US. Paid for 3-4 day delivery. Ordered and paid for a radio device, they accepted the order. A few days later they sent me some paperwork to sign and return which I did. Then… nothing for five days. I chased twice and they didn’t even have the decency to reply, so after waiting 11 days I asked to cancel which they immediately did. They hadn’t even dispatched it!! Now I am awaiting a refund which, apparently, they will do when they can be bothered. *avoid like the plague, use digikey*

Be careful they are not the company they used to be. Order on DigiKey instead. I have 2 orders stuck. No refund yet after 4 months waiting. They take many weeks to answer emails. Order 256380915: sent via FedEx stuck in customS. 4 months still no refund Order 256589187: sent via DHL. Package lost somewhere in the us, DHL deposit. They checked the security cameras and admitted the package is lost. 3 months waiting no refund from Mouser. Seriously? How are they still in business? They owe me around 1700usd.... C'mon it's Christmas time, I need the money for presents! I have a family and kids! This is not fair!

They used to be a great company. The last two years they started getting terrible. How the president there keeps his job is a mystery! Deliveries are always late now. Our last order is almost a month late. I contacted their customer service several times and they can't answer when we will get it and just say "someone will get back to me". Meanwhile our work is on hold and things are shutting down. We have to now order from another company and I bet the other supplier will deliver before our Mouser order from a month ago will arrive. I ordered a radar sensor, the whole delivery cycle was tracked and I was regularly updated with progress. After receiving the item I needed some support and it was excellent - very trustworthy company and I will definitely order from them again

No upfront information that shipping is exclusively from the US despite the european branches, promises same day shipping but over 48 hours without action or warning of delay, cancelled due to previous points and no refund so far.

Customer service is great to do business with all requested promised Professional polite knowledgable. Purchased UPS 2nd day air and after ordering was told that it needed to go with standard ground because it contained hazardous materials. It was not listed anywhere on the site and has delayed my order significantly communicating with personnel. Could not get shipping refunded either. Terrible service go buy from DigiKey instead.
