We ordered and paid for parts via Electronic Funds Transfer - 2 x of the items could not be delivered for weeks and were an integral part of our requirement - we cancelled these 2 x items and ordered 2 x replacement items. An email confirming the cancellation was received by us but we are STILL awaiting the refund and it is over $700 and over 3 weeks...multiple emails asking stupid questions, then they want to verify their invoice and the reason for cancellation then check their bank accounts to see the initial payment was received - they wouldn't have released the balance of the order if it hadn't been received - don't deal with this company, we certainly won't ever again
