We had ordered an eval board from Mouser. When we received it, the ant-static bag was unsealed and open. We decided to return it. When they got it back, they refused the return, stating the anti-static bag had been opened. When I tried to explain to them that I received it that way, their reply was that "ESD items with a broken seal do not represent the quality of items Mouser ships out, Mouser should have been informed of the broken seal on an ESD packaging". This statement clearly shows a lack of attention to their own process. They refuse to admit or even acknowledge that they can make mistakes. now I'm stuck with a (potentially used) $900 eval board I don't want. I'll never order anything from them ever again. I'd sooner go to a competitor and pay a higher price than buy anything from Mouser.
