I booked a cruise with the kind assistance of Paula Molloy. I would just like to say she could not have been more helpful and patient, what a joy to speak to someone on the phone with so much expertise, she made the whole experience trouble free. Her manner was very friendly and very informative. She is a credit to your company. I would also like to add that I have since spoken to other concierges, Hannah Bailey and Chelsea Desborough who have also been very pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service!
