“Be careful msc usa cruises(msccruisesusa) website unknowingly redirects to msccruises.co.za wrong address i was keep struggling that my information was not showing, later realized, it is taking to .co.za, unfortunately i have entered my personal information, the website msccruises.co.za had captured it, not sure what to do next. msccruisesusa customer support not aware of this.”

“I booked a cruise with the kind assistance of Paula Molloy. I would just like to say she could not have been more helpful and patient, what a joy to speak to someone on the phone with so much expertise, she made the whole experience trouble free. Her manner was very friendly and very informative. She is a credit to your company. I would also like to add that I have since spoken to other concierges, Hannah Bailey and Chelsea Desborough who have also been very pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service!”
