I ordered epoxy and a EVA foam grip and it was stolen off my porch. I went to the post office and got a printout confirming it was delivered. I sent Mudhole an email with the print out stating what happened and Evan Hebert shipped out replacement products at no cost to me. I was not expecting such great customer service or such a fast response. I definitely recommend this company!
