I have been trying to re-claim £794 which I believe this company effectively stole from my dad, a vulnerable and trusting 80 year old man who was persuaded to set up cover he didn't need over the phone.
Although the company originally indicated it would repay this money (from September 2021) we are now in January 2022 and there is no response to emails. The phone is not answered and the message box is full.
I believe this company should be closed down. I am commencing action through the small claims court.
