Horrendous, signed my father up (who has memory loss and carers) for kitchen white goods he doesn't even own. Tried to cancel they were "unable" to help and took funds, now unable to contact them.

Scam company. Do Not use. My elderly mother has been scammed out of £195. Their line is still open,but when you call them , they say they have no record of your policy..

Scams - preying on vulnerable elderly people - avoid My father has been defrauded of £794 by this company. I have been trying to recover his money since September with no response. I will raise via citizen's advice with trading standards and will attempt to take this company through the small claims court. This company needs to be shut down, and the people making money from this are clearly lacking any social conscience. Not sure how they sleep at night.

SCAMMERS- Please do not give them your info! !NO CHEQUE, NO REFUND! I had the pleasure of talking to a "concerned agent" this afternoon. His name was Jim lol Heavy accent, lots of background chatter, script reading. States his office is located on the 10th floor, although the address posted is from a 2 storey building. I managed to keep them on the phone, talking in circles for about 20 minutes before he caught on that I was just wasting his time while trying to save a few more potential victims.

Cold called on day off and got to have some fun wasting their time. It can't possibly get any better than their offer to preemptively reimburse me for the Ontario Fake Program Carbon Rebate™ for an irresistible sum of $88.05. I can tell you that it took every ounce of my willpower to resist giving them my bank account details... In the end, they wouldn't agree to mail me a cheque, and insisted on a direct transfer, but I declined their offer and told them to instead commit suicide. Worth noting that I do not live in a standalone house, but a 20-storey apartment block instead - multiple references to absurd numbers of air conditioners, furnaces, and water heaters were somehow missed by the imbecile paid to try and steal from me. All the better, I love wasting these wretches time. *Italian mwah kiss*

Took this out because of a cold call saying they were part of D & G who I was insured with now my washing machine needs repairing I can't get hold of them by phone (2 numbers neither of which are working and emails! Am so annoyed as I can't now insure my machine with anyone else so looking at having to replace it. The whole point of paying for this was to avoid this situation! DO NOT USE

Still awaiting for a response 5 days after fridge freezer broke. On the phone just left listening to next available agent. 4 emails no response. Don’t ever take a policy out with these cowboys

Been calling and emailing for 2 days all I get is your call is very important to us please wait for the next available agent,going to get the police involved if carries on, paid £300 for 3 year cover

I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE BEFORE X-MAS MY FREEZER IS FREEZING AND TO DATE NO ANSWER ON THE PHONE. I KEEP BEING TOLD MY CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US PLEASE WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT. PERHAPS SOMEONE WILL CALL NOW

Lovely young man who spoke to us NOT! Coning young man my A** He told us a load of lie's, telling us they were a part of D&G another lie. Contact then by email waited seven day's and still no reply. Can't contact them by phone as no one answer's. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM! I highly recommend D&G appliances for all your cover.

I have paid this so called company £500 for 3 years cover on my appliances. I have just tried to get in touch with them to report my first breakdown and no answer! A load of scammers I presume - don't touch them!!!!!

I have been trying to re-claim £794 which I believe this company effectively stole from my dad, a vulnerable and trusting 80 year old man who was persuaded to set up cover he didn't need over the phone. Although the company originally indicated it would repay this money (from September 2021) we are now in January 2022 and there is no response to emails. The phone is not answered and the message box is full. I believe this company should be closed down. I am commencing action through the small claims court.

It’s not even worth 1 star, hubby paid £395 in June 2021 to cover cooker, fridge freezer & washing machine. All Hotpoint products so is this where our details came from. We have been trying for a week to get a response to phone calls & emails with no joy

Paid £180 to some cold caller ( very stupidly) ! Have had a problem with my washing machine and have phoned, and email this company numerous time, to no avail. Avoid like the plaque, they are nothing but a scam……

I made a 'repair or replase' claim on my oven and fridge in early October. On 20 Oct 2021 the engineer arrived, took a brief look at the items and then left saying he would have to order some parts. It is now a month later and in that time I have tried ringing 3 different departments to inquire about an update on my claim but all calls go through to their voicemail where you are then told the voicemail box is full. I have also emailed twice but have no reply. You can't even get through to cancel the contract! Terrible service! Are these people scammers?
