“Bullying tactics on the phone to elderly people are wrong! You should be ashamed of yourself if you work for this company , you earn your wages from frightening elderly people into agreeing to things they don’t understand !”

“Please stop harassing my elderly father to buy 3 years home cover for the price of 2 for £500! What a scam! He has contents insurance cover for £50 for the whole year and doesn't need your cover or nuisance phone calls.”

“I had cover with another company and was paying double the amount. the company that I had been with for the last 5 years kept upping the price every year as the appliance was getting older. I take care of my appliances, an did not want to pay as much for my cover. Then a friend said that I could save money. I have had a call out and they came out the next day within 2 days after this I had a new appliance. Very nice staff and easy system. now my mum and brother have taken out the cover. Thank you for helping me save money and get a new appliance.”

“Very unhappy. Like some others I was under the impression it was D & G I was dealing with. Payments were to be made over three months instead of monthly. I found the call very confusing. I was lucky in that I have been able to cancel the payments being taken from my account. They are just giving Domestic and General a bad name with all this. I find it disgusting”
