Before the third UK lockdown, I had ordered multiple items of clothing from the New Look website. This is the first time I have ordered from their online store, so I was hoping for a good experience. When I had already selected and paid for the items, waiting for it to be ready to collect, the lockdown was put into place. After a bit, I decided I should just get a refund for my order instead of waiting for months just for some clothes. I emailed New Look, only to never receive a reply. I ended up emailing them again after waiting. I never got a response to that email either. I searched online for a customer service line, only to find that they didn’t even have one. But I did find that they had a number I could message. So of course, I messaged them, explaining the situation. All I got was the automatic response. After a long period of waiting, I never ended up getting an actual response back. I then emailed them a third time. I have yet to receive a reply.
