I went in to your newlook shop in team valley gateshead on 1/4/2021 as had wanted to order a top from newlook but realised my old card mumber was on I asked a young lady SARAH M if she could explain how to change it she then did it for me then took me to counter and ordered it for me nothing was a problem to her I credit to shop and company all staff are lovely but SARAH give that little bit more especially in these times thank you
