My parcel was stolen by the postman. Royal Mail immediately issued a case, apologised and asked that I let New Look know.
13 days later, New Look still has not re dispatched the items … instead I get the joy of a daily email apologising for the delay and asking me if the neighbours might have taken the parcel.
Last time I order from them.
