I purchased a blouse in April that I had to return. The color was nice but the quality was not worth the price. Unfortunately I returned the item which cost me an additional $17. and change to send back to China. I sent the item back in May with confirmation that it was returned. I emailed the seller and they did respond stating they had not received the items and they would be researching it for me. Well, two months later I keep getting the same response and as of today July 27, 2022 I have not received a refund!!! This has been the worst customer service return/refund process I have ever experienced and I will NEVER order nor purchase anything from this company or seller again!
