New Look should be ashamed of themselves!
Emailed saying was out of stock, but still in stock online and available to order…but back to full price as the sale had ended!! Rest of order a week late!! Unable to get responses on WhatsApp as robots, live chat I tried twice and both times kicked me out after waiting 45 minutes both times, no telephone number and 5-10 working day reply time for emails - disgusting service. Be careful!!
