I went on the website to order a pair of shoes I went through the whole procedure to find t hat I had no confirmation email although the money had gone out of my bank account when I went on the website I entered a live chat and explained the situation. I was advised that the process of buying them had finished and that I was due a refund in 3 working days and the shoe s will not arrive. By the end of the week my shoes had been delivered to me which did confuse me however I was pleased to receive them rather than a refund.
