Originally ordered shoes, instead i received an XL men's t-shirt. Had to then take the item to my nearest New Look as i needed to reorder the original shoes. Upon arriving at the store i was informed that there was now no stock of the original item. I had to negotiate them paying the postage costs for an item i never wanted or ordered.
