I visited the New Look store in Bath on 21/06/19 time 13.37pm and asked Lauren if she had a sandal in a size 4. In today's times she blew my customer experience out of the ball park! she found me the size out back plus whilst waiting i tried on Pamble, so comfortable that my bunion was comfortable, the customer to my side tried on & ordered the very same sandal! i then bought 2 pairs plus another to be delivered to my home town. Lauren was outstanding! She is your best employee!!!
