My first experience of this firm: I would use them again without hesitation. Local shortages/delivery delays led me to use them. Easy to order, competitive prices, faster delivery time than local builders' merchants. In the event, there was a problem on the day with the courier service they use: I was informed promptly by "Rob at OI Ltd" with delivery rescheduled to the following morning. As a bonus this was with a lorry kitted with a fork-lift truck which positioned stock exactly where it was needed (saving me hours!).
