“The insulation was/is ok thats not the problem, my wife was home on her own, the delivery driver's whole attitude was unhelpful and borded on rudness. i will be reluctant to order again if the same deliver person is used. regards B Salter”

“Ordered 34 sheets of insulation and 26 sheets of plasterboard mid morning on Wednesday and delivered to Bristol by 1pm on Friday. Phone call from driver 30 minutes before arrival and the driver off loaded with his fork lift.Can't fault that for service.”

“I would have put 5 stars but for the delay that City Sprint caused. The Tracking had clearly shown delivery as 6th Nov 8:30 to 12:30 for seberal days, so arrangements were made for that. As a result of this I lost a day from my schedule. Not strictly Onlines fault but City Sprint 100% no notification of time change. The times were reassigned on the 6th and it was only picked up by me refreshing the tracking, which is as pants as City Sprint. Please feed this back to City Sprint as the one star they have was your 5th star! Happy with the products and Online but not happy to have lost a days work because of, did I mention, City Sprint👎”
