“Everything happened on time and the delivery man was excellent. What a contrast from Insulation UK whose driver was inconsiderate and the packs of 3 sheets of Kingspan arrived in 3 individual sheets which therefore attracted considerable unnecessary damage. I will use Online Insulation again without question”

“I am very disappointed with this order. The insulation arrived severely damaged, and unfortunately I was not there when it was delivered to inspect the packages myself. Please make sure you check the packages individually. It appears that some of the damaged pieces have been collected, placed together and packaged as if they were new. However, the pieces are actually bent and misshapen, and they do not sit straight against the wall. I paid for new products in good condition, not damaged or defective items. This is unacceptable, and I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Please be more careful when checking and packaging orders before sending them to customers. I would also strongly recommend checking every package carefully, one by one, as some of the damage is not immediately obvious from the outside of the packaging.”

Hello, the order number that you have referenced was delivered in December 2025, 9 months ago. We haven’t had any other orders or communication from you since then. We don’t believe that we are the supplier of the goods you have any issue with.
