“Ordered 34 sheets of insulation and 26 sheets of plasterboard mid morning on Wednesday and delivered to Bristol by 1pm on Friday. Phone call from driver 30 minutes before arrival and the driver off loaded with his fork lift.Can't fault that for service.”

“I would have put 5 stars but for the delay that City Sprint caused. The Tracking had clearly shown delivery as 6th Nov 8:30 to 12:30 for seberal days, so arrangements were made for that. As a result of this I lost a day from my schedule. Not strictly Onlines fault but City Sprint 100% no notification of time change. The times were reassigned on the 6th and it was only picked up by me refreshing the tracking, which is as pants as City Sprint. Please feed this back to City Sprint as the one star they have was your 5th star! Happy with the products and Online but not happy to have lost a days work because of, did I mention, City Sprint👎”

“Easy to order and delivery was very quick. The only reason I’ve dropped 2 stars is because I ordered 12 sheets of polystyrene on my order, I was told it had been refunded! When the delivery arrived it came in a van and it was full to the “brim” with the rest of my order. It accrued to me that the other 12 sheets would not have fit in! I called them to see if it was instock and it was!!!! They refunded £58 instead of delivering everything I ordered as they would have needed to pay extra for a bigger vehicle. Not great customer service My spend was over £700.”

Hi Ross, thanks for your order and review. The depot that delivered your order did not have the polystyrene that you ordered and that’s why we emailed you to let you know about the refund. We haven’t heard anything from you since then. Should they have been available, they would have been delivered to you. It certainly wouldn’t be a good business model for us to refund any materials that don’t fit on one vehicle. We send 100s of vans and lorries out for deliveries so it would have definitely fitted on one of them.
