“From start to finish i would Online Insulation easy and straight forward. I ordered on a weekend and the delivery days didn't suit my prefered day. I paid for my order and phoned on the Monday and spoke to a competent member of staff who listened to my concerns and arranged for the day I required and my order arrived in great condition and was the perfect thickness for the job I had fot it. “The delivery was quickly booked, the tracking updates were excellent, but most of all the delivery man was an absolute gentleman and super-helpful .. he phoned to ensure he found us efficiently (unusual address) and once here he spent time ensuring the product was moved to a sheltered location. Can't praise him enough - an absolute gem!”

“Mixed experience. The delivery driver turned up without any advance notification and I was lucky to be in. many of the plasterboard sheets were lightly damaged and there were a further 6 to follow which I hadn't been informed of. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and asked for photos of the damaged panels and replaced those with excellent quality items along with the missing items quickly. The drivers were both local and used smallish vans so that made delivery easier. Would I use them again, probably yes, as their prices were very competitive and I was happy with the after saless support.”
