“Good service generally but after emailing yourselves on the morning of delivery it would have been nice to get a reply. Just to say thank you we have received your email and will deal with your request is all that was needed. But unfortunately nothing. Happy with transaction otherwise.”

“The time from order to delivery was fine. On the day the driver phoned ahead to give his intended ETA forty minutes beforehand. No issues with the delivery, the package was bulky but not too heavy. The panels are delicate and some were slightly damaged but as they will be covered this is not a big deal. I would use Online Insulation Ltd again.”

“I am very impressed with Superfoil so easy to lay in my loft clean product 100% better than fibreglass or rockwool but it can be used in combination to cover over these products which I have done. I will be ordering more as i definitely can feel a big improvement in the warmth of my home This product is not the cheapest to buy but you only get what you pay for , so it is most cost effective. Extremely pleased with this product”
