“The goods were as described. It would be better if deliver time could be advised the day before delivery. Ideally within a time slot but even AM or PM would help. The deliver driver was great and called about 20 minutes before arriving. 4 stars was because of having to block a whole day as delivery time couldn’t be advised beforehand.”

“Product selection and delivery is great. And at good value aswell. have used online insulation quite alot for my home renovation and would reconmend for anyone to use them far better prices and same products as anywhere else. i did have one damaged item but have spoken to customer service ice who are aranging a collection date”

Your delivery was made on the 27th of Feb but you called on the 3rd of March as you couldn't find your delivery.
