“We have been searching for Thistlepro Magnetic plaster and this was the only site that seemed to have any in stock, unfortunately after ordering it appeared it wasnt in stock and masy take 6 weeks.”

“Insulation was as expected and price was competitive. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when the insulation was delivered, there were no labels to confirm that what I had received was what I ordered as the product packaging was very generic. The driver and office were helpful and were able to confirm that it was correct, they also said they would feedback to the manufacturer about their product labeling.”

“the delivery was on time,the communication & help were excellent the only thing that let it down was every board had quite deep gouges on the face side as im having it skimmed it wasnt the biggest problem in the world but the boards were not the best quality.”

“Best price I could find on the market with extra fast delivery (2 days instead of the advertised 3-5). The only downside (for which I'm taking 1 star) was the delivery: insulation is light but bulky and was delivered by just one man (driver) who inevitably damaged the first few boards while unloading. Luckly, it was minimal damage and I was available to help unload the rest of the products. Will I buy again from them? Definitely!”

“Insulation arrived covered in mud due to poor packing. But the mark of a good company is one that sorts things out when something is wrong. Was offered replacement insulation, which I couldn't accept due to time restraints. Offered some money back on the delivery charge, which I accepted. I would use this firm again.”

“Complete order arrvied on time as promised. Some of the bits were damaged from where the forklift prongs had picked up the pallet but you couldn't see that on delivery as it was wrapped in plastic but I could use most of the delivery so is what it is.”

“good drop off, covered, deliveryed with fork lift. damage on the board that was facing the pallet, on the plasterboard side. Prob not going to be an issue for a site but for a diyer whos only getting 4 boards, ( expensive insulated ones ) would prefer that the plsterboard surface was not damaged.”

“The speed or service and quality or product are bothe commendable. However I do have an issue with the safety of how it arrived, was meant to be on an 18 wheeler and came overloaded on a flatbed. Firstly for the driver, how is this safe?? This could have easily caused a crash, the driver was limited to 40 even on the motorway, that is not safe. Luckily we had ladders on site so we could climb on top of this mountain!! I really can’t comprehend how this was allowed!!”

“Not impressed with ordering part of site, the small squares where you add the amount of each product you require is NOT STABLE, I ordered 6 of an item, it sent the order to your transporter for that amount, then charged me for 4 of the item which I paid and thought it was to cheap, then I got a message about two hours later to tell me I had to pay an additional amount for the two that were not on the PRINT out form my end, although the Transporter Company had the correct amount I had actually ordered, GOOD DON't you think. And it came a day earlier than expected, luckily some one was there.”

Hi Roger, Thanks for spending the time to review us. You did order 4 boards originally and then emailed us to ask us to add on 2 as you have made a mistake? I have added your email below. As far as I can see the delivery was made on 09.07.24 as requested by yourself too. Dear INFO, I appear to have made an ERROR in the above order, I need 6 x Celotex XR4150 PIR INSULATION BOARD and have only ordered 4. Can I please add 2 more to the above order number if possible, or if I have to order again can they be added to the existing order for the same delivery date.

“Excellent price for the product. Prompt service and delivery. Only issue was that address/ delivery instructions were not passed on to the couriers, meaning extra admin/ calls. No issues though Overall very good service”

“Unfortunately the delivery was made at 7.30am and dumped road side. I did get a call but was originally told it would be 8am onwards. If it had been stolen the driver would have been at fault.”
