“Materials arrived on the stated date and relatively early in the morning so that I could start work on that day. Materials arrived in good condition except for one plasterboard set right at the bottom of a stack of ten that looks like it has been knocking around the yard for a few weeks”

“Didn’t tell me items were out of stock until I received a refund for that item, if I knew that was the case I would have ordered elsewhere because now I have to find some more insulation elsewhere.”

“Easy to order and good price. Able to choose the delivery date I wanted and the delivery arrived on that day. The driver even offered to help me unload the pallet, which was appreciated. The only reason I dropped a star was because I would have liked confirmation the day before or on the day that the delivery was actually going to happen. Having been let down so many times by other companies, the lack of confirmation after the receipt was issued, made me a bit anxious. I would definitely recommend.”

“Very pleased with how the delivery went and the quality of the product. The only very small down was I never got the second email that was due and it took 3 calls before I was able to get through to confirm delivery, but no real problems.”

“Great to deal with. Good service. Helpful, friendly delivery driver. The only criticism is the payment page on the website didn't work on the two occasions I placed orders. But, in general, other than this technical glitch, I can't fault the company”
