“Excellent service ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday suggest you have a delivery option of any day when it makes no difference to customers but could save you transport costs.”

“Products and prices are fine. Correspondence from the company are fine. Delivery fine. The only issue i have had with the 2 x orders i have placed is the 'payment'. Both times i had issues making the payment/ payment declined etc. Took me hours to sort out and tried numerous accounts. To the point where i almost gave up and just purchased locally at a builders merchant. The only reason i did not, is that the builders merchants prices were way too expensive compared to Online Insulation sales”

“Materials arrived on the stated date and relatively early in the morning so that I could start work on that day. Materials arrived in good condition except for one plasterboard set right at the bottom of a stack of ten that looks like it has been knocking around the yard for a few weeks”

“Didn’t tell me items were out of stock until I received a refund for that item, if I knew that was the case I would have ordered elsewhere because now I have to find some more insulation elsewhere.”

“Easy to order and good price. Able to choose the delivery date I wanted and the delivery arrived on that day. The driver even offered to help me unload the pallet, which was appreciated. The only reason I dropped a star was because I would have liked confirmation the day before or on the day that the delivery was actually going to happen. Having been let down so many times by other companies, the lack of confirmation after the receipt was issued, made me a bit anxious. I would definitely recommend.”
