“Great to deal with. Good service. Helpful, friendly delivery driver. The only criticism is the payment page on the website didn't work on the two occasions I placed orders. But, in general, other than this technical glitch, I can't fault the company”

“Easy firm to deal with and efficient . Unfortunately the delivery failed to arrive on the day selected . Contact with the firm re this problem was dealt with quickly ,one short phone call and my order was with me within an hour and a half . Small blip easily rectified . I would use them again . Without any problem”

“Great service and competive price. Friendly driver offloaded goods and put them where i wanted them. And the office answer the phone when you ring in with a query. Would have been 5 stars if the website order payment hadn't failed twice. I reccommend this company, and will be using again for the rest of my insultation board requirements.”

“Ordered pir 100mm insulation boards but had to change it to 90mm. For some reason the price remained the same. However order was changed quickly and delivered within 2 days.”

Hi, thanks for your review. 90mm is more expensive than 100mm due to market demand but to save you paying extra, we absorbed the cost for you.

“Found the company whilst looking for Knauf 44 insulation. Product offered at a reasonable price and sensible shipping cost. Product delivery date was requested such that it didn't clash with other scheduled events, but they opted for a day earlier. Fortunately the time slot allocated meant I was back at the property.”
