Products and prices are fine. Correspondence from the company are fine. Delivery fine.
The only issue i have had with the 2 x orders i have placed is the 'payment'. Both times i had issues making the payment/ payment declined etc. Took me hours to sort out and tried numerous accounts. To the point where i almost gave up and just purchased locally at a builders merchant. The only reason i did not, is that the builders merchants prices were way too expensive compared to Online Insulation sales
