“Knocked 1 star off for late delivery on Two occasions (this is the sort of supply and demand problem we are in at the moment). But the company responded to my emails and phoned me with information about the delays. I will use them again.”

Hi Philip, thanks for your review. I can see that we delivered to you on 20.09.21 and haven't heard anything from you about any damaged boards. We give out customers 24 hours to check the materials delivered and report any issues with them. It's a shame you didn't let us know about the damages as we could have looked into swapping these for you.

“Great fast delivery at a brilliant price. Only downside is I wanted to add extra insulation boards to my order which was split into 3 delivery’s. Instead of adding the 6 extra boards I had to cancel the insulation that hadn’t been delivered and re order with the extra boards. Worked in my favour as I got the delivery quicker and upgraded free of charge to better products.”

“An easy and straightforward transaction at a fair price. Order arrived early on the day given and my pallet was well packed but as it was on top of the whole lorry load it was difficult to remove and some items under my load were damaged and one of my insulated plasterboard sheets was dented on a small section of one edge. As such, I cannot give 5 stars.”

“The online price was great so placed the order, my only grievance was that I placed the order on the Monday and was told the delivery would be on Wednesday, took a day of work and no delivery. I Phoned the office and was told it would definitely be on Thursday, after talking my wife into taking the day of work again no delivery. Finally arrived on Friday. I live in a small cul de sac which would normally be a problem for lorries but the delivery driver was absolutely brilliant and very helpful and made the whole process worth while.”
