“Very satisfied just could of done with notice of delivery that said the driver was excellent and happy to unload by him myself as I wasn't there”

“An easy and straightforward transaction at a fair price. Order arrived early on the day given and my pallet was well packed but as it was on top of the whole lorry load it was difficult to remove and some items under my load were damaged and one of my insulated plasterboard sheets was dented on a small section of one edge. As such, I cannot give 5 stars.”

“The online price was great so placed the order, my only grievance was that I placed the order on the Monday and was told the delivery would be on Wednesday, took a day of work and no delivery. I Phoned the office and was told it would definitely be on Thursday, after talking my wife into taking the day of work again no delivery. Finally arrived on Friday. I live in a small cul de sac which would normally be a problem for lorries but the delivery driver was absolutely brilliant and very helpful and made the whole process worth while.”

“Quick delivery and service. Free delivery great, but to make it an excellent service have some options even if paid to have delivery by smaller vehicles as freight company wouldn’t come down our lane in big lorry so we had to do last mile ourselves via transits”

“Great product at a great price. Website needs some work to make it more user friendly (adding to existing orders) otherwise a friendly and well informed team who are very helpful. I would recomend.”

“Good,only problem was I did not see the order price in my email at the beginning + I never new it was floor jab 70 ,I was getting so that was a bonus for but I'm sure you dont advise it as floorjad70 but it would be better for you if you did the price was good by the way ,cheers”

“Pleased with the product but it arrived 3 days early, not often early arrival is an issue but there was no crew on site to collect and it had to be done by the home owner.”

When our hauliers need to change a delivery date for whatever reason they should either contact you or ourselves to check that this is suitable for your requirements. “Best price I found for Celotex PIR 8x4 foot insulation. Delivered quickly (3 days) Would have been 5 Stars if tracking information was supplied - all day delivery is a right pain”

Thank you for your review Paul, unfortunately we are not able to offer timed deliveries due to the nature / size of the materials and the vehicles have many building site deliveries that can hold them up. However, if customers call either the afternoon before or the morning of delivery, we are always happy to get an estimated time of delivery. Thanks again and we hope we can help in the future.
