“Pleased with the product but it arrived 3 days early, not often early arrival is an issue but there was no crew on site to collect and it had to be done by the home owner.”

Hi Mr Walker, Please accept our apologies for the mix up with your delivery date. When our hauliers need to change a delivery date for whatever reason they should either contact you or ourselves to check that this is suitable for your requirements. “Best price I found for Celotex PIR 8x4 foot insulation. Delivered quickly (3 days) Would have been 5 Stars if tracking information was supplied - all day delivery is a right pain”

Thank you for your review Paul, unfortunately we are not able to offer timed deliveries due to the nature / size of the materials and the vehicles have many building site deliveries that can hold them up. However, if customers call either the afternoon before or the morning of delivery, we are always happy to get an estimated time of delivery. Thanks again and we hope we can help in the future.
