“Not impressed with ordering part of site, the small squares where you add the amount of each product you require is NOT STABLE, I ordered 6 of an item, it sent the order to your transporter for that amount, then charged me for 4 of the item which I paid and thought it was to cheap, then I got a message about two hours later to tell me I had to pay an additional amount for the two that were not on the PRINT out form my end, although the Transporter Company had the correct amount I had actually ordered, GOOD DON't you think. And it came a day earlier than expected, luckily some one was there.”

Hi Roger, Thanks for spending the time to review us. You did order 4 boards originally and then emailed us to ask us to add on 2 as you have made a mistake? I have added your email below. As far as I can see the delivery was made on 09.07.24 as requested by yourself too. Dear INFO, I appear to have made an ERROR in the above order, I need 6 x Celotex XR4150 PIR INSULATION BOARD and have only ordered 4. Can I please add 2 more to the above order number if possible, or if I have to order again can they be added to the existing order for the same delivery date.

“Excellent price for the product. Prompt service and delivery. Only issue was that address/ delivery instructions were not passed on to the couriers, meaning extra admin/ calls. No issues though Overall very good service”

“Unfortunately the delivery was made at 7.30am and dumped road side. I did get a call but was originally told it would be 8am onwards. If it had been stolen the driver would have been at fault.”

“Good service generally but after emailing yourselves on the morning of delivery it would have been nice to get a reply. Just to say thank you we have received your email and will deal with your request is all that was needed. But unfortunately nothing. Happy with transaction otherwise.”

“The time from order to delivery was fine. On the day the driver phoned ahead to give his intended ETA forty minutes beforehand. No issues with the delivery, the package was bulky but not too heavy. The panels are delicate and some were slightly damaged but as they will be covered this is not a big deal. I would use Online Insulation Ltd again.”

“Good prices, delivered the product on the specified day, I gave 4*, no answer for any messages about the product packaging. (kingspam it comes in packaging, and I asked if I can get extra 1-2 pieces)”
