The time from order to delivery was fine. On the day the driver phoned ahead to give his intended ETA forty minutes beforehand. No issues with the delivery, the package was bulky but not too heavy. The panels are delicate and some were slightly damaged but as they will be covered this is not a big deal. I would use Online Insulation Ltd again.
