Ordering process very simple and straightforward, competitive pricing and quick delivery. However, the actual delivery of the order was not good. I was given a 2-hour delivery time slot and a tracking reference. The tracking system was useless and gave me no information whatsoever. 15 minutes after the end of the time slot I rang the number given and was told the driver was on his way and would be with me within 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I rang again and was told he was on his way, they couldn’t contact the driver, they had no idea where he might be and anyway, Sharon, the girl I spoke couldn’t do anything because she was in sales and had nothing to do with deliveries. Really unhelpful and refused to acknowledge that there was any fault on their part. No apology for me having wasted a whole morning, etc. The delivery finally turned up an hour late. Driver was sorry and seemed totally unaware that he was late. All in all, not very happy. A fair amount of damage to the boards although not bad enough to warrant exchanging or returning. The delivery company was CCF/Travis Perkins.
