The one thing that sets this company apart from others is the clear and concise information on delivery. Manages expectations up front and is very clear about alternative products if the selected item is not in stock.
The deliveries are handled in-house and there appears to be a direct line of communication between the office and delivery personnel. In my case it was to warn of a tricky route involving a toll bridge and weight limit.
It doesn't hurt that the two I met were very personable.
