Ordered celotex insulation and insulated plasterboard. Received another make of insulation board and some unbranded insulated plasterboard which is tapered edge(straight edge ordered)and when cutting it the plasterboard is coming away from the insulation. On calling customer services I was told I should have been informed about the change, which I wasn’t and was fobbed off that what I recurved was better quality which it clearly isn’t. First and last time I’ll be conned by this outfit wish I’d gone elsewhere.
