PURCHASED IT ON OCT 31. UPS LOST IT AND LIED THAT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER IT. OPTICS PLANET WILL NOT RE-SHIP OR REFUND MONEY FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS EVEN THOUGH UPS INTERNAL INVESTIGATION CONCLUDED THE PACKAGE WAS LOST BY THEM (STOLEN BY A THIEF DRIVER). THEY ARE UNDER CONTRACT WITH THEM THAT THEY HAVE TO WAIT 15 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE FILING A CLAIM. SO YOU AS A CUSTOMER GET SCREWED FROM BOTH ENDS. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH OP. THEIR CS MANAGER WAS NICE BUT THEIR INTERNAL POLICIES SUCK WHEN IT COMES TO LOST ITEMS. THE CUSTOMER IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM AS LONG AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY FIRST. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS TO EVEN BE QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE THE REFUND AND GOD KNOWS HOW LONG THAT WILL TAKE. AS BAD AS THE ECONOMY IS, YOU WOULD FIGURE THAT CUSTOMER RETENTION WOULD BE A PRIORITY FOR ANY BUSINESS, NOT HERE THOUGH.
