Overstock delivered damaged 6 futon mattress
for same order. When I filed claim with Overstock for same order that includes 6 futon mattress. They told me they’ll refund and dispose after 03/17/22 if carrier doesn’t contact. Weeks later, I haven’t received refund. I contacted them and they refused to refund. This is bait and switch business practice
