The delivery was quite reasonable, the package was well protected. The only problem was - it was not what I intended to order. I wanted a 900*300 stainless steel shelf, but somehow ordered the above. I phoned the Office, and was told that return postage would be at my cost and that there was an additional handling cost. I re-wrapped the item, as good as how it came to me, paid for postage. So, I will wait till it arrives back to OzWashroom and wait for a refund.
