“Overall, a very unimpressive interaction. I ordered my peroducts on Monday, and during a phone call on Friday I was told that one of the items was out of stock and should be in the next week. I asked, why hadn't somebody called me to advise of this and ask what I wanted to do. When my products finally arrived, the support leg on the fold down support rail for the toilet, the support leg was separate from the arm rest. I rang to ask if it could be replaced. The first thing I was topld was that it had been longer than 24 hours since the item had been delivered and I had no come back. Well that is not correct according to consumer protection. I told the woman on the phone that that was incorrect information, and besides we had opened the parcel less than 30 minutes before me ringing to say it was broken. The girl told me it was my fault and that ozwashroom would not be responsible. I repeated that the arm was already separated prior to opening the package, she again reiterated it had been more than 24 hours since the parcel had been delivered. There was no offer of asny sort offered to help the situation. A good business person would have offered to get their sales rep to bring over a replacement and look at the one I had to determine the damage. No such offer or suggestion was made. The end result being that if I need to purchase any other aids in the future, I will do my best to purchase them elsewhere. “MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS LOST IN TRANSIT. OZWAHROOM FOOLWED IT UP AND RESENT THE ITEM INSTANTLY WITHOUT FUS. THE REPLACEMENT ARRIVED THE VERY NEXT DAY. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR LEVEL OF SERVICE. THANK YOU.”

“Was annoyed that the default was to pay insurance as I didn't need insurance because I was picking this item up myself. Also, the quality of the towelette fold is not as good as what I can get from other suppliers and it doesn't fit as well in our towelette holders. This makes it more difficult both to load the towelettes into the holder and to pull them out. Next time I will be looking for a different option. I am prepared to pay a little more to ensure that the towelette type works best for our workplace situation.”
