“Your goods and pricing is fine, however, your communications are a bit lacking sometimes and you make it very difficult to use a 30 day account with a purchase order as we are a Local Government organization and this is the way we usually do bussiness”

We experienced an internal processing error with your order and once it was identified, we contacted you promptly to offer an alternative solution. We do offer 30-day accounts for Local Government organisations, simply email us a PDF copy of your purchase order and we will process it accordingly.

“Since you ask, service was pretty arrogant, I chose to pick up from your warehouse, bubble wrapping was torn at one end, exposing the bar corner, male staff told me to get install screws from bunnings, pkg does not include install instructions. Staff could have explain all these at the very start of collection or on the website. Not coming back or referring to anyone else..internal culture & service need to change.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your collection experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the grab rail, installation screws are not included with this product because the appropriate fixing screws depend on the type of wall or surface the rail is being installed on. For safety reasons the installer is responsible for selecting suitable fixings. As such our website does not state that screws are included with the product. We understand that this could have been explained more clearly at the time of collection, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve our communication and customer experience.

“ONE PANTY IN A SEPARATE BAG AND THEN INTO BIN TO REDUCE SMELL EVEN FURTHER, AND THE BIN SMELL AFTER ONE DAY IS DREADFUL. SECOND ISSUE IS THE INTERNAL LID SLOT IS TOO SMALL FOR A 'FULL' PANT. I OFTEN HAVE TO TAKE THE ENTIRE LID OFF TO REARRANGE CLEARANCE. HORRIBLE UNIT I'M SORRY TO SAY.”
