“A sanitary bin was delivered correctly. The product is accurately made and initially seems to tightly fitting together, but it very accurately made. Yes, a good product.”

“Very disappointing customer service . i purchased stainless steel toilet paper dispencer . (perfect got exactly what i ordered. ) 5 or 6 weeks later ordered the exact same product. the website showed a picture of exactly what i ordered. They sent me similar looking toilet paper dispencer with a totatally different key set up which was no good to me at all as the cleaners i use have one key that open all the public toilets. i have spent 10.000.00 with them over the past 5 years. Guess what !!!they shrugged their shoulders and just said bad luck.”

“Made a recent purchase and while the initial delivery via a courier did not work out (my office can be hard to find), the OzWashroom Team were proactive in chasing the issue and ensuring the next delivery attempt was smooth and successful by sending thier own driver. Items were well packed.”
