“The products were faulty, smelt terrible, and were a complete waste on time and money. I have asked to replace them. And because I opened the box, your representative said no. I am taking my complaint up with Rubbermaid directly”

Hello Juanita, Our driver knocked on the door and attempted to call you, but unfortunately there was no response. If you had selected the “Leave in a safe place” option when placing your order, it would have helped avoid this inconvenience.

“Very disappointing customer service . i purchased stainless steel toilet paper dispencer . (perfect got exactly what i ordered. ) 5 or 6 weeks later ordered the exact same product. the website showed a picture of exactly what i ordered. They sent me similar looking toilet paper dispencer with a totatally different key set up which was no good to me at all as the cleaners i use have one key that open all the public toilets. i have spent 10.000.00 with them over the past 5 years. Guess what !!!they shrugged their shoulders and just said bad luck.”
