I was very pleased with most aspects of the service --- fast responses by email, very fast delivery time etc. I hadn't realised delivery was by courier which we've had problems with before. We have a locked gate and delivery was by dropping the parcel over the gate onto the drive. It would have been far preferable if some arrangement had been made prior to this --- a phone call to come out etc. It could have poured rain or we may have been away for days. If those difficulties could be overcome I'd certainly buy again.
