They took several weeks to dispatch and then we had huge delays with Aust post having paid for express.
The matter was initially handled very poorly by them blaming me for these issues. However, they came good and eventually replaced the goods on their own back.
Both sets eventually arrived and they offered me the extra goods at a discounted rate.
I will use Ozwashroom again as they are an honorable firm.
