We have received our order and were very satisfied with the product as we had purchased it before. We installed one and the pump inside was leaking. I sent an email and was told to change it to another one. Now I have one pump not working properly. I am currently off unwell and cannot follow up with this. Is there any way of sending it back or having a new sent out to replace the old pump?
