The product is great, however I had to contact the company by phone to get my order progressed past the order payment and confirmation stage. Once I called (and persisted though terrible reception) to have a tracking number allocated (which they did immediately), everything else was fine. To me, they seem more concerned about getting a review than they did about processing my order having sent regular emails (probably automated) so here it is.
