The above order was placed and paid for on 30 September 2019 and has still not been received. Having checked with your supplier, the goods are available for supply.
A "Letter of notice" was sent 9 October 2019 giving the opportunity to satisfy the order - but as at today - have not had a response.
Have recently commenced a formal claim with ACCC. The advice received is that I must begin the Small Claims Tribunal claim, which we will do in the coming days.
