The Items I bought seem to be OK. The dispenser is working fine till now. I only used it for few days though. My biggest issue was the late delivery and the lack of communication. According to the eBay item description, I was supposed to receive the delivery on 25-11 or 26-11, I only received my items on the 29-11. I sent a couple of email through the 'Contact Seller' of eBay and never received any reply back at all. I even called, but didn't receive a decent explanation of the delays, blaming the delivery company. I have to be honest, I didn't have a pleasant experience at all with ozWashroom.
