I have yet to receive the order which was placed on the 20th July (order number 1000022353). I have been informed by your company that the delivery was sent by mistake to the Amazon warehouse in South Dandenong. I asked could you please arrange for the courier (fastway) to retrieve the parcel and deliver it to our address , but as yet nothing has been done. I noticed that my credit card has been charged for this transaction but as yet no goods have arrived.
