A lightweight yet sturdy unit(plastic) and petite size (A4-horizontal & 3/4A4vertical) just exactly what we needed in a small toilet facility as well as hall and prep room. All screws & plugs to attach to wall were included. There was also a plastic key/device included so you can 'lock' dispenser. Ordered paper towel supplies at same time and everything was delivered very quickly. We should have done this years ago. COVID19 is making us all re-examine our hygiene practices.
