Terrible service and overcharged. This is the second time in two years I've had issues with them regarding a motherboard. When I purchased the item this time, they didn't have it in stock. They offered a replacement at nearly double the price, despite it being an inferior product compared to what Amazon was offering. When I asked for a discount, they ignored my request and changed the subject. I eventually received the motherboard, but it was faulty. They repeatedly claimed the motherboard was new, but this was clearly false. The box was open, cables were missing, and nothing was packaged as it should have been. Just like the previous motherboard two years ago, this one was obviously not new as they stated. I returned it for a refund, which they issued, but it was a complete waste of my time dealing with their dishonesty and the faulty product."Leo, and another person working with him, both insisted that the motherboard was new. However, I've been building PCs and gaming PCs since 2004, purchasing numerous motherboards, and I've never encountered a 'new' motherboard in this condition. If you doubt my experience, I have video evidence and a complete history of email correspondence with these individuals. Dealing with their dishonesty has been a complete waste of my time
